How Shipping Works

We want to keep shipping fair. Many other retailers may ship each item you purchase separately and charge for each shipment. Or "mark up" shipping costs on purpose so they make a profit on them.

That's not us. We're always on the lookout for different ways to handle shipping that help you save.

How We Do It

• Estimate shipping costs to a "break even" point

• Combine items based on size and shape to eliminate as much "dead weight" as possible.

• Base your estimated charges on total weight going to a single recipient, not number of items

• Give you a choice of three shipping services in most cases: lowest rate (consolidated ground), regular ground, or priority

• Street addresses only (sorry, no P.O. boxes)

When

Shipping timeframes depend on the type of item you buy, the time it leaves our warehouse and the shipping option you choose. The "days" it takes are full business days and are based on processing time plus actual shipping time.
